The strategies suggested by Justine were really practical and easy to implement in our day to day lives. We particularly appreciated how communicative Justine is, providing us with in-depth non-judgemental support. Flora's sleep issues nearly cost us our marriage, but we have felt well supported by Justine, both emotionally and practically. She was able to show empathy whilst always holding on to the bigger picture for us. Flora used to wake about 6 times each night, and this is now down to once, and sometimes not at all. She has completely stopped the horrible 2 hour waking at 1am, and now stays asleep in her own cot until 5am. That's amazing progress!

Justine has been great, helping us understand why both the baby and our older child would kick off at baby's bedtime. We were so ground down by it that we just coudn't see the wood for the trees. Her ideas and suggestions were realistic and practical, and she was was always there for us to talk things through when we'd had a bad bedtime. It wasnt an overnight solution, but we tackled one thing at a time, and Im very happy to say that bedtimes are sooo much easier now.

We had our initial call with Justine, and it was such a relief to talk to someone who understood what we were going through. We didn't even need that much help in the end, more of a bump back onto the right track, but without Justine's insight, guidance and much needed confidence boost I suspect we would still be suffering 4am wakings! Not good when you're both working full time!
