These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by And So To Sleep, a UK-based child sleep consultancy.
1. About Me
And So To Sleep provides child sleep support services to families with babies and toddlers. Services are delivered by Justine Holbrook, child sleep consultant.

2. Nature of the Service
Sleep consultancy involves providing guidance, education, and personalised suggestions based on the information shared by parents or carers. Every child and family is unique and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Sleep support is not a medical service and does not replace advice from a GP, health visitor, paediatrician, or other qualified healthcare professional.
3. Parental Responsibility
Parents and carers remain fully responsible for their child’s wellbeing at all times. Any guidance offered is optional, and parents choose how and whether to implement suggestions.
4. Health and Safeguarding
You agree to inform And So To Sleep of any relevant medical conditions, developmental concerns, safeguarding issues, or changes in circumstances that may affect your child’s sleep or wellbeing. If concerns arise that are outside the scope of sleep consultancy, you may be advised to seek appropriate medical or professional support.
5. Payment
Payment for services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed. Services will not begin until payment has been received. Prices are as stated at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Digital resources are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Digital Resources
Any written guides, plans, or downloadable resources provided are for personal use only. They may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission.
8. Communication and Support Boundaries
Support is provided during agreed hours only. I aim to respond to messages within 1–2 working days unless otherwise specified in the package purchased. Support is not provided overnight unless explicitly agreed as part of a service package.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the services purchased. And So To Sleep is not responsible for outcomes resulting from how guidance is implemented.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
