Sleep patterns naturally develop over time and are influenced by growth, temperament, and change. However, when those developmental shifts pile up, families can sometimes find themselves caught in patterns that no longer feel sustainable, perhaps with a child who is suddenly an early riser, who has bedtime tantrums, or maybe multiple night wakings, issues that can lead to sleep deprivation in the whole family!

As a qualified sleep consultant I provide non-judgemental, evidence based support and guidance to families struggling with all manner of bedtime issues. My approach is compassionate, realistic and tailored to your individual family’s needs. I will never ask you and your child to ‘cry it out!’ Instead, through my gentle, personalised approach I can help you establish healthy sleep habits, reducing bedtime stress for both child and parents and promoting better rest for the whole family.
